Where is Ferrearca in El Tigre?
We’re at Av. España, Sector Norte, diagonal a la Placita España, a 100 m de la Policía Municipal, El Tigre 6050, Anzoátegui. On Av. España, the store is across from Placita España, 100 meters from the Municipal Police station, in the Sector Norte area.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Send us your list or your question in English on WhatsApp and we’ll reply in English. You can also show the list on your phone at the counter.
How do I pay?
You pay directly at the store, when you come to see and pick up your items. That way you can check everything before paying. We never ask for payment in advance.
How do I get a quote?
Add products to your list on this website (or type what you need) and tap “Get a quote on WhatsApp”. You can also message us directly at +58 424-833-2289.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 08:00–17:30; Saturday 08:00–14:00. Closed on Sundays.
Do you sell screws and bolts in bulk?
Yes. You can buy screws by the unit, by the box or by the kilo. Send us the sizes and quantities on WhatsApp and we’ll quote you.
Do you really make screws?
Yes. Besides regular hardware, Ferrearca makes screws in-house. If you need a special size, send us the diameter, length and quantity and we’ll tell you if we can make it.
Do you carry TOTAL, TOLSEN and UYUSTOOLS tools?
Yes. We carry TOTAL power tools and TOLSEN and UYUSTOOLS hand and measuring tools, each with its own display in the store. Ask us on WhatsApp about the exact model you need.
Why don’t you show prices on the website?
Prices in Venezuela change often. We prefer to quote you today’s price in US dollars and bolívares, so what we tell you is what you pay.
Do I have to pay before coming to the store?
No. We send you the quote on WhatsApp, you come to the store, check your items and pay right there.
Can I reserve items and pick them up later?
Yes. Send us your list on WhatsApp and we’ll have it ready when you arrive. You check it at the counter and pay when you pick it up.
Where can I find packing (empaquetadura) in El Tigre?
At Ferrearca, Av. España, Sector Norte. We carry braided PTFE and graphite packing (in coils and on spools) for pumps and valves, plus gasket sheet. Can’t find your size? Bring your measurements and we’ll make it here.
Do you sell U-bolts and clamps?
Yes: U-bolts in many sizes, long U-bolts for leaf springs, exhaust pipe clamps and J-bolts. If we don’t have your size, bring the part or the measurements and we’ll make it.
Do tools come with a warranty?
Power tools carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Keep your purchase invoice for any warranty claim.
